The Role
As an Affiliate Manager (AM) at Promofy, you own the entire lifecycle of your Promoters:
Recruiting directly from your existing affiliate/creator network
Approving or rejecting applicants
Onboarding and verifying accounts
Driving mission completion and sustained output
Enforcing compliance, suspensions, bans, and forfeitures
You are accountable for quality, volume, and trust.
You do not escalate decisions. You make them.
What You’ll Do (Operator-Level)
Recruit or Fail
Personally source Promoters via direct outreach (DMs, email, referrals)
Convert qualified applicants into active earners
Build a roster that produces consistent mission volume
Activate or Remove
Track promoter-level performance continuously
Reactivate dormant Promoters
Remove underperformers without sentiment
Enforce Without Escalation
Investigate disputes and fraud signals
Suspend or permanently ban bad actors
Forfeit earnings per policy when required

What This Role Is NOT
This role is not for:
Community managers who avoid confrontation
Social media managers
Moderators or support agents
Candidates without immediate recruiting leverage

Compensation (Performance-Forward)
Base Pay
90-Day Proving Period (Contractor):
$2,500 – $3,500 / month
Core Operator Range:
$3,500 – $5,000 / month
Senior / Lead Operator:
Up to $6,500 / month (earned, not promised)
Conversion from contractor to employee is performance-dependent.
Uncapped Performance Bonuses
Your upside is tied directly to your Promoters’ output.
Campaign Bonus
Earn $1.00 – $5.00 per completed mission
Rate scales by performance tier
Paid on missions completed by your Promoters
Rewards Points (Same System as Promoters)
Promoters earn points per mission
You earn a fractional mirror of those points
Example
Promoter earns 1,000 points for a mission
You earn 10 points automatically
There is no ceiling. Volume and quality determine earnings.
Hard Requirements (Disqualifying)
You must:
Have an existing affiliate/creator network you can activate immediately
Be comfortable with disputes, bans, and enforcement actions
Accept performance-based compensation as core, not optional
Have excellent professional-level English communication skills
Operate independently with documented decision-making
You will be automatically rejected if you:
Cannot prove access to a recruiting network or contact list
Want guaranteed income without performance exposure
Have engaged in affiliate fraud or gray-hat growth tactics
